A former Jefferson County justice court judge has been charged with selling drugs to undercover police officers.
58-year-old Charlie Chambliss of Lorman was charged with one count each for sale of a controlled substance in Jefferson and Claiborne counties.
Chambliss was arrested Friday in an investigation by a multi-county drug task force.
Claiborne County Sheriff Frank Davis said the former judge sold hydrocodone to undercover officers.
It's unclear how long Chambliss had been off the bench.
