Ethan van sice, the Jackson teen charged in connection with the death of a Madison County teacher is behind bars again.
The 19-year-old was arrested Thursday at the Kroger off I-55 and charged with misdemeanor shoplifting.
He admitted to walking out of the store without paying for a bottle of compressed air worth about 7-dollars.
Lt. Jeffrey Scott of the Hinds County Sheriff's Department said Van Sice appeared to be agitated and under the influence of something.
Van Sice was free on 100-thousand dollars bond awaiting trial for manslaughter in the August 17th death of Leigh Anne Ward of Jackson.
