Recent financial documents show that Hinds County has just been awarded more than $1.4 million in it's lawsuit against Motorola.
The information comes from The Clarion Ledger online.
The suit stems back to 2009 when Motorola allegedly gave out confidential information to a number of cities that were able to access Hinds' 800 megahertz radio system for free.
Normally, that monthly radio subscription charge would be $10.
