JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

New developments Monday in the case of the Flowood man accused of running over someone in the Target parking lot on I-55 in Jackson.

Jeycob England, 21, is now out on bond.

Judge Houston Patton initially denied bond.

But England's attorney took the case to Special Circuit Judge Breland Hilburn and he agreed to grant him $100,000 bond for house arrest with electronic monitoring.

Hinds County District Attorney Robert Shuler Smith has filed an objection.

England is charged with aggravated assault for running over Scotty Ford from Utah on July 22nd.
