A Jackson attorney says he kept a burglar at gunpoint until police arrived.
It happened Tuesday night around 11:30.
Curt Crowley was at his law firm on Capitol Street in downtown Jackson when he heard a noise in another room. A man had broken in through a first floor door.
Crowley held him at gunpoint while calling the police and waited until they got there.
"I had my gun pulled. I tell him not to move and he didn't. He appeared to be scared. I think he was here to steal things. He was not expecting me to be there," said Crowley.
Jackson police say Anthony Jones is charged with business burglary.
He is being held at the Raymond Detention Center under a $25,000 bond.
