Dr. Livingston completed his undergraduate degree at Southern University before earning his doctor of medicine degree at Meharry Medical College. He then completed both his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, he is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Medical Association, the National Medical Association, the Southern Medical Association, the Central Medical Society, the Mississippi State Medical Association and the Jackson Gynecologic Society.
