Jackson Police made it their business to get Demario Mays off the streets. He and his partner in crime Douglas W. Allen were actually pointed out by a witness who watched them break into a local business.

The crime went down Wednesday August 24. We profiled these guys on MOST WANTED because Jackson detectives needed your help to track down these fugitives and bring them to justice.

Demario Mays is from Flora and lived on Bannerman Drive. Within hours of exposing accused criminals on WLBT's MOST WANTED segment . Jackson police tell us both were busted hours after our report aired.

Demario Mays turned himself in to authorities today on business burglary charges. And Douglas W. Allen was arrested Friday morning on Ellis Avenue for business burglary as well and case solved.

Meanwhile a detective needs your help to close the books on a credit card fraud case. Surveillance video shows a heavy set black female with black shirt and braidsm using a stolen credit card to bag goods. Her partner in crime has blond hair, one side is shaved the other side long. Police said they worked as a team hitting several Jackson stores making purchases that cost the victim a ton of money. If you know these women turn them in.
