The Eastland Federal Courthouse is still up for grabs on an auction sale.
The Government Services Administration website now shows three people bidding.
The highest offer so far is $850,001.
Bidders must register and have a $50,000 dollar bid deposit.
The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
It was built back in 1934 as a post office and U.S. Courthouse.
The auction is set to end at 3:51pm October 14.
