Time approaching for vote on 3 huge MS Initiatives

Topping our Decision 2011 coverage time is winding down and the day is drawing near where voters will go to the polls and cast their ballots for several seats up for grabs. But, residents will also go to the polls to vote on three initiatives being introduced.

Initiative 26 which is the most controversial asks the question, " Should the term `person' be defined to include every human being from the moment of fertilization, cloning, or the equivalent thereof?" also on the ballot for Tuesday is Initiative 27 which asks the question: "Should the Mississippi constitution be amended to require a person to submit government-issued photo identification in order to vote?" 

The final is Initiative 31 regarding Eminent Domain. This proposal was introduced to voters some time ago asking: "Should government be prohibited from taking private property by eminent domain and then transferring it to other persons?" 
