Pearl mobile home shooting Tuesday

PEARL, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Pearl police are investigating a Tuesday afternoon shooting at a mobile home on Romona Street.

Officers tell 3 On Your Side they were called to the residence by the female roommate of a man who was "highly" intoxicated.

After a brief standoff, they were able to convince the man to come out.

Police found a single shell casing and several holes in the walls of the home.

The man was checked out by medical personnel with AMR after apparently being tased by officers.

At this time, it's not clear what charges the man faces.
