The Florence man charged in the hit and run death of a 10-year-old Richland Boy is out on bond.
According to the Clarion Ledger, 82-year-old Raymond Watts posted a $100,000 bond late Tuesday after Rankin County Judge Kent McDaniel lowered bond from $400,000.
The judge also added two restrictions. Watts was ordered to surrender his driver's license which he gave up the day he was charged, and for any vehicle he owns to be immobilized.
Watts is charged with culpable negligence manslaughter and felony fleeing the scene of an accident.
November 1, Allen Lutrick was attempting to board the school bus on Cleary Road when he was hit. He died the following day.
