One vehicle accident caused back up on I-55 South

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Emergency crews were on the scene of a one vehicle accident on I-55 South bound just before the Woodrow Wilson Exit (Water Works Curve).

The accident involved a pickup truck that was flipped upside down. The left lane of I-55 South bound was blocked.

No word on what caused the accident.

WLBT was told no one was transported to the hospital.
