Another Cloudy One

Posted: Updated:

The moisture build up for today won't result in any storms today, just a few murky clouds. Sunshine may be a bit limited, but at least the rain won't be a problem for today. Expect highs to climb to the mid 50s with a cutting breeze from the north at 10-15 mph.

Tonight the moisture builds just enough to register as patchy fog in some areas. Visibility may actually drop below 1 mile in some areas particularly after midnight. And southwest Mississippi may actually see a bit of drizzle develop briefly. Overnight temps will be in the upper to mid 30s.

Tomorrow is interesting, the surface maps indicated high pressure controlling our weather pattern. However, we're still watching out for possible showers in the late afternoon and evening hours. In either case, we'll start of the morning with a few clouds as moisture builds throughout the day. Highs will be in the mid 50s. Sunday is looking more like a sure bet of another round of showers.
