MADISON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
Holiday shopping was abruptly interrupted in Madison Friday evening, that's because the driver of a white Toyota crashed into the back of a store.
No word on what caused the accident, but the unidentified driver was transported by ambulance to a hospital. No word on the driver's condition yet.
WLBT has learned Traditions Wine Store was damaged and closed for about an hour. And the parking lot of that section of the shopping center was also shut down for while authorities investigated and cleared the scene.
