Accidental Shooting Injures 21 Year Old Woman

Thursday night, Jackson Police were investigating what appears to be an accidental shooting.

Officer Colendula Green said a 21 year old woman suffered a self inflicted wound to her side.

It happened around 6:16 at a duplex at 320 Alexander Street.

Officer Green said her injury is non life threatening.
