JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
Two teens are in custody in connection with a Tuesday mid-afternoon business robbery.
The Family Dollar store at 320 West Woodrow Wilson Avenue was robbed around 2:30 Tuesday afternoon.
Jackson Police say a black male walked into the business armed with a handgun, and robbed a clerk.
The robber took the entire cash drawer and fled on foot behind the business.
It was later found empty by officers who responded.
Tuesday afternoon police say they believe they have arrested two 19-year-olds who were responsible in the 300 block of Vardaman Street, which is just a block away from the store.
