The state attorney general says further review shows some 150 pardons have not met a requirement of the state constitution.
Attorney General Jim Hood says at least 156 of the 203 purported pardons by Governor Haley Barbour did not meet the publication requirements in order to be compliant with section 124 of the Mississippi Constitution.
According to the attorney general, only 21 of the 203 pardons met the obligation. Hood's office is still processing 26 files.
A hearing is scheduled for Monday in the Hinds County Circuit Court for all the cases that did not meet the requirements.
