The best the Capital City has to offer celebrated a decade of good living Sunday night at the King Edward Hotel.
The Jackson Free Press sponsors the Best of Jackson Awards which recognize outstanding people, businesses, music and locations.
Forty five local restaurants served up some of their best cuisine.

The first issue of the newspaper in 2002 urged the revitalization of the King Edward Hotel.
"Everybody wanted the King Edward to be renovated and a lot of people didn't think it was gonna be so this idea that we could have the 10th annual in the King Edward I mean we've come a long way, the city's come a long way and this hotel is just a symbol of it all," said Jackson Free Press Co-founder Donna Ladd.
More than 1,500 people accepted invitations to the annual party and awards program.
