Attala County fatal shooting

ATTALA COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Police in Kosciusko have made an arrest in a deadly shooting over the weekend.

Officers responded to a shooting on Rone Street Sunday and found Latresa Johnson dead from a gunshot wound.

Investigators arrested 29-year-old Jason Lee Parker.

He's charged with murder, possession of a weapon by a felon and possession of a stolen weapon.

Parker is being held in the Attala County jail.
