Customers of Mo-Money Tax Service are still waiting on returns In Jackson. Both the McDowell and Terry Road locations remain closed.
A group of people outside say they heard tax preparers will return on Friday to hand out checks.
Across the country from Memphis to Virginia to Chicago the same story. Mo Money offices closed, only a portion of their customers issued checks.
Shannon Goodson says, "They took out 500 to file my taxes. When I got my information back my information was totally wrong I had to beg them for information on my taxes."
Mo Money claims the delays were caused by a computer glitch, and slow response from their check processing center in California. They promise to get the checks soon on a note on their closed office door, but customers aren't buying it.
Wednesday the Better Business Bureau in Mississippi, Tennessee and Arkansas gave Mo Money an F rating.
Any consumers with complaints should go to the Attorney Generals web site and fill out a online complaint form or contact their Consumer Protection Division at 1-800-281-4418.
