MADISON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
WLBT has learned that government and law enforcement officials raided a house in the upscale Calumet neighborhood of Madison Friday.
FBI Spokesperson Deborah Madden confirmed that agents, along with Madison Police, executed a search warrant on 137 Calumet Drive. It is listed as the residence of Demetrius Mathis.
Mathis is the owner of a company called USA Cashflow, LLC and previous owner of a company called Nationwide Investment Group, LLC.
USA Cashflow's website says it is "Your place for profitable investment properties."
We were told FBI agents and Madison Police were at the property much of the morning and into the afternoon. Madden would not say what agents were looking for or if there were any arrests.
We could not reach the U.S. Attorney for comment, but we will have more on this developing story as details become available.
