
A boil water alert has been issued by the city of Jackson Monday morning. It's a precautionary boil water advisory by the city's Water/Sewer Utilities Division which affects approximately 75 customers.
The affected areas include Dorothy Lane, Barfield Drive, Turtle Creek Drive and Pine Cove.
The customers are served by the city of Jackson Maddox Road Well System. Crews recently repaired a water line break resulting in a loss in water pressure.
