A viewer contacted our newsroom last week to report on a concern he had in the town of Bolton.
Three places there with three flags in terrible shape.
The flag at this business has since been replaced after these scenes were shot on Saturday.
The flag at the U.S. Post office is obviously neglected and worn out.
You would think federal employees would take more pride in displaying the U.S. flag.
Down the street at the Hinds County Department of Human Services, this disgraceful scene greets the onlooker.
A flag still attached to the pole and ripped to shreds by the tree nearby.
Does anyone there care what this scene instills?
If they care this much about our flag, think how much they care about the folks they serve.
