CRYSTAL SPRINGS, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Crystal Springs Police have found a body in Judy Greer's backyard, but an autopsy will have to be performed to find out if it is the missing woman.

The body was found in a shallow grave Tuesday afternoon.

Greer's house is at the corner of Lee Avenue and North Bennett Street in Crystal Springs.

Family members say they haven't seen or heard from Judy Greer in weeks.

The body of Greer's son, Jason Bailey, 38, was found in the Lee Avenue home Saturday.

He'd been dead for at least six days.

According to authorities, Bailey had a lengthy criminal record of various drug arrests and was previously charged with domestic abuse of his mother.

No word yet on the cause of death, but there were no signs of injury or trauma.
