1 killed, another hurt in club shooting

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (AP) - One man was killed and another wounded in a shooting at the Imperial Palace nightclub in Louisville.

Winston County Coroner Scott Gregory says the shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday

Gregory tells The Clarion-Ledger (http://on.thec-l.com/zBDhRA ) 34-year-old Marcus D. Henton of Louisville was shot in the back and pronounced dead at Winston Medical Center.

He says an autopsy will be performed at the State Crime Lab.

Another person shot at the club was treated and released from the hospital. That person's name was not released.

The Winston County Sheriff's Department and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation are handling the investigation.
