Fire destroys lakefront home

MADISON COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Fire has destroyed a waterfront home on Lake Lorman in Madison County. The lake is near Lake Cavalier, east of Pocahontas.

Skycopter 3 flew over the area around 4:30 Monday afternoon as firefighters were still trying to put it out. There's no word on what sparked the blaze.

No injuries were reported.
