JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
Hinds County Supervisor Robert Graham is being sued by the State Auditor, and Attorney General's Office, for failure to pay back funds to the City of Jackson.
The lawsuit says Graham filed time sheets and was paid by the city, at the same time he was instructing classes as a representative of his company.
Graham is being ordered to pay back $45,706.05, which the Auditor says he has refused to pay.
Robert Graham's attorney Lisa Ross tells WLBT News, the State Auditor said the money was paid to Graham and other city employees, who should be responsible for their share.
