Police Pursuit Ends in Fiery Crash

Good evening this is Maggie Wade with a look at some of the stories you'll see tonight at 10 on WLBT.

A man led officers on a chase tonight that ended when his Jaguar crashed into a tree and burst into flames in Rankin County. Rankin County Sheriff Bryan Bailey tells me it started with a case of domestic violence. We'll have details in tonight's Top Story.

Two protesters were arrested on the campus of a Jackson High School today as they passed out pro life literature. Roslyn Anderson will have the latest.

Canton police are investigating a shooting. The manager of a McDonald's was shot in the arm by a customer upset about his order.

A new music and tamale festival is headed to Jackson this fall. All the festivities will take place on the State Fairgrounds.

As we spring forward this weekend and lose an hour of sleep, we will also have lots of rain! Chief Meteorologist Barbie Bassett says the rain will move in Thursday and continue through the weekend.

And in sports Stephen Gunter will have the latest on Peyton Manning and his reported departure from the Indianapolis Colts!  An announcement is planned tomorrow.
