Two teenagers indicted for capital murder

HINDS COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Two teenagers are indicted for capital murder in Hinds County.

Jamiria Travis, 16, and her boyfriend, LaQuann Gary, 18, were indicted and served Tuesday.

The pair is accused of killing Vizavian Darby.

Darby, 17, died from a gunshot wound to the back of the head.

The mother of the victim says Travis set her son up to be killed because her boyfriend wanted Darby's 2011 Dodge Charger.
