Jackson Police catch two armed robbers

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Two armed robbers were caught this morning after they robbed the Shell Station at the corner of Daniel Lake Boulevard and I-55, in south Jackson.

The clerk says she was held up at gunpoint and shortly afterward a police officer pulled up to get gas.

She said she told the officer what had happened and he pursued the robbers and caught them nearby.

Police have not released the robbers' names.
