Wednesday's Child- Tywain

Posted: Updated:

He likes to be called Ty instead of Tywain. He enjoys being active and spending time with his big sister Ravon. Ty has been in foster care since he was 7 years old.

He wants a family who will focus on his education and making a home for him and his sister. He hopes to find that forever family on this week's Wednesday's Child.

Ty is an entertainer. He wants to be a scientist when he grows up and plans to study the rotation of the earth.

"I like to read books about snakes and the animals of this earth," Ty said.

Ty likes most sports but says baseball, along with track and field, are his favorites.

"I like to run, sing, play baseball, I like going to bible study, and I like science," said Ty.

He enjoys more than anything having time with his older sister Ravon. He says they make the most of every minute they have together.

"Well we haven't seen each other since, let's see, I was , what… I think I was 10 and they moved us away from each other again. And so it would be great to have a home where you guys are together? Yes mam," Ty said.

Ty also says he is hoping he won't grow up without his sister.

"It's kind of hard because we can't see each other, we just talk on the phone, it makes you sad," said Ty.

He is hoping for parents who are responsible, caring, and willing to give a home to him and Ravon.

"Like to travel, have fun, go out, lovable people," Ty said.

Ty says he has not given up hope but it gets harder especially now that he is a teenager. He is hoping there is a family willing to give him and his sister a chance.
