MADISON COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
Emergency crews responded to an overturned fire truck Monday afternoon in Madison County.
This all happened sometime just before 5:00pm.
Skycopter 3 captured the scene as crews responded to the scene to assist the driver.
The fire truck that you see on the southwest corner of Lake Cavalier, on Lake Cavalier Road, apparently was shifting.
We're not certain exactly what caused it to tip over but indeed it did tip over spilling water and trapping somebody inside.
There were a number of responders on the scene very quickly.
It took about ten minutes to get this person out who was trapped inside that fire truck.
Commuters are not going to be able to access this road for some time Monday evening, because it's a very hard situation here, it's a tough scene.
Commuters should be careful if they are going to be in the Lake Cavalier area they will be blocked, the southwest corner near the Twin Lakes Baptist Church.

The person who was trapped inside that fire truck has been successfully removed.
