Trial date set in marijuana bust at car dealership

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A trial date has been set for three men busted for drugs last month at a used car dealership in Jackson.

Jeremy Lee Stambaugh, 42, owner of Paradise Auto Sales on south Gallatin Street was arrested at the car lot February 15th along with Johnny Earl Course, 38, and 53-year-old David Jones.

They are charged with possession with intent to distribute 416 pounds of marijuana.

Their trial is scheduled for May 2nd.

The men have pleaded not guilty.
