One thing was missing, her brother Ty who lives in a separate foster home.
When she blew out the candles her one wish was to find a forever family on this week's Wednesday's Child.
Ravon comes to life around her brother Ty.
She is very intelligent, well mannered and enjoys competing with Ty in almost everything.
"Ty he is funny, he makes me laugh and he's just crazy, you know a lovable person," Ravon said.
In her spare time Ravon enjoys arts and crafts, reading, watching TV, shopping and going to the movies.
She also likes listening to music.
"You said you've been in foster care since you were 8 years old. Yes mam. Tell me about that. It has to be difficult," Ravon said. "It was difficult, but I learned to cope with it just take it day by day."
Ravon says she doesn't get to spend a lot of time with Ty but when they are together they focus on the time they have, not the time they have lost.
"We like talk on the phone but like we see each other about sometimes once or twice a month," Ravon said.
Ravon says she is hoping they find a family willing to accept both of them.
"Just want to settle down in a home instead of going from place to place," Ravon said.
Until they find their forever family Ravon says she can't wait until the next time she can laugh, tease, and be normal with her little brother.
