CANTON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
Flood problems in Canton. Some of the residents who live on Third Street called 3 On Your Side as public works crews reported to the area.
Crews set up barricades indicating high water hoping to block access to some of the streets and a neighborhood near the Canton Village Apartments. Some drivers still tried to navigate their way through the water.
We were told some of the tenants in the apartments have had to wade through the flooded area for much of the day Thursday.
