What compels a grown person to carry a loaded weapon into a mall that has signs saying that you can't do that?

Then, not to be outdone, the man has it to fall out of his pocket hitting the floor in Center Court which then discharges a round into his leg.
Only an Imbecile would allow the safety to be in the off position.
But, to have folks around, probably with baby strollers who could have been injured or killed puts the man in Idiot category.
Once Mr. Idiot recovers, he will be charged by Ridgeland police with a felony.
And he will be prosecuted in Madison County.
No get out of jail free card for Mr. Bozo there.
