JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
A 77-year-old man was found dead Friday night after a search for him most of the day.
The body of Ned Daniel was found inside his vehicle on Cloverhill Circle in Bolton. It was lodged between a tree and a building.
Captain Joseph Daughtry of the Hinds County Sheriff's Department tells us Daniel took care of another relative in his 90's and when he did not come to his home on Friday, the relative notified Daniel's family. They contacted the sheriff's department around 11 Friday morning and a search began.
Daniel was found Friday evening inside his truck. He apparently ran through a fence and the truck turned on its side.
Captain Daughtry says no foul play is suspected. At this point it appears it may have been a medical situation that led to the crash. Members of the Sheriff's Department's Victim's Assistance Unit are working with the family.
