Greenville woman sentenced for killing son

WASHINGTON COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

In Greenville, a mother charged with killing her son, last year, pleaded guilty Monday.

Terrie Robinson had been indicted by a Washington County grand jury for murder.

3-year-old Triston Robinson was burned by his mother when she placed him in an oven at their family home March 2011.

Terrie Robinson was sentenced to life in prison for Triston's death.
