Eastbound lanes of I-20 have reopened near Pelahatchie, after MDOT crews removed a tree that was blocking the lanes. The lanes were blocked for more than an hour.
Traffic was backed up 4-5 miles while crews worked. The highway was blocked between mile marker 65 and 66.
