One of Mississippi's largest networking events is in full-swing at the Mississippi Trade Mart.
Hundreds of people are taking advantage of the 28th annual Mississippi Business and Technology Expo. It's an opportunity for businesses to network with one another in a relaxed atmosphere. Plus, the public is invited to walk around and learn more about what various companies have to offer.
"It's a great way for us to promote our business to different companies that are here in the area, it's a great turnout this year and any employees that are looking for work as well, they can come up and visit with us even drop off their resume if they want too," said Penny Danford, the Business Development Manager for Temp Staff.
The expo is followed by an after work networking event from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. General admission is free with a business card.
