Multiple structure fires Wednesday morning in Jackson

3605 Robinson Street

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Jackson fire crews were called to two different structure fires early Wednesday morning.

The first fire happened around 3:00 Wednesday morning. The blaze was at 3112 Pocahontas Avenue.

Several units responded to the house fire. The good news is there are no reports of any injuries. The cause of the fire is unknown and remains under investigation.

Then, crews were called to a second Wednesday morning fire.

This fire was near I-220. The fire erupted at this vacant gas station. The gas station is located at 3605 Robinson Street.

No one was injured in this fire either. The cause of the gas station fire is also unknown.
