YAZOO CITY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
Firefighters are on the scene of a massive blaze in downtown Yazoo City.
According to authorities, a fire at the old Federal Compress Building was reported around 8 p.m. Tuesday night.
The abandoned building is located on North Water Street and we are told it was in the process of being torn down.
No word on what started the fire. No injuries have been reported.
