Attala County Sheriff dies

KOSCIUSKO, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Attala County Sheriff William Lee has died.

A sheriff's department dispatcher confirmed that Lee died Monday, but was not authorized to release any more information.

BreezyNews.com in Kosciusko is reporting Lee had been hospitalized for two weeks for pneumonia.

Lee was serving his second term as sheriff.
