Low pressure will move into Alabama by early afternoon. It will continue to produce some clouds over our area and also squeeze out some patchy drizzle or showers through mid-afternoon.
By late afternoon, drier air will surge into western and southern parts of the state. This will finally end the rain chances and there may even be a little sunshine.
Highs will be in the upper 70s today.
I expect a mainly dry work week, with warming temperatures.
