Posted: Updated:

Id theft. There is a lot of this going around. This time the victim is a Ridgeland homeowner.

Cops say they have a person of interest, a white male about 35 to 45 years of age. He has brown hair with a crew cut and mustache. If you run into him,  he has tattoos on top and bottom of his right forearm, he weighs in about 180 pounds.

What is he suspected of doing? Breaking into the homeowner's car in the carport. Then ripping off a wallet. That wallet contained pay dirt, credit cards.

According to Ridgeland police, this unidentified man made a bee line to Walmart and Chevron gas station in Ridgeland and ran the charges up.

He is also suspected of using the stolen credit card at several other locations in Jackson. Do you know this person?

Ridgeland detectives tell Most Wanted he is cruising around in a late model small red sports car with a dark top.

If you have any information, call Crimestoppers at 601-355-8477 or Ridgeland Police at 601-856-2121 immediately.
