**UPDATE** Jackson Police now say Eric Rodgers is still at large.
Three men are in custody and charged in a Wednesday morning homicide in Jackson.
Patrick Rodgers, 24, Michael Rodgers, 23, and Eric Rodgers, 26 were all arrested on capital murder charges. Eric Rodgers is also charged with aggravated assault.
The murder happened Wednesday morning on Bloom Street in Jackson. Officers were called to 922 Bloom Street just before 10 a.m.
Investigators say 26-year-old Joe Evans Jr., was found fatally shot in the head inside the home.
Twenty-two-year-old Quinterah McIntyre was also found at the home. He had been shot in the right leg and was near the front steps, according to police.
Police said there had been an altercation Tuesday night when Evans confronted one of the suspects about missing $10.
Wednesday morning, the suspects kicked open the victims door on Bloom Street and confronted him when the shooting happened, police said.
Detectives are also working to identify a fourth subject who will also be charged with capital murder and aggravated assault.
A toddler was seen being taken from the home on Bloom Street by officers. It's unclear if he was in the home when the shooting occurred.
What appeared to be two table legs strewn in the middle of the street were also marked and taken into evidence by crime scene investigators.
