Jackson police make fourth arrest in burned body found

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Jackson police have made a fourth arrest in connection with death of Duan Penn. The victim's body was found bound and burned in the area of Methodist Home Road and Forest Hill Avenue on April 12, 2012.

After an investigation, officers arrested Janice Pittman and Raymond Jackson on May 11. Pittman was charged with capital murder and Jackson was charged with arson. On May 15, Marcus Shelby was arrested and charged with capital murder and arson.

May 24, a fourth suspect, Marcellos Coleman turned himself in. He is also charged with capital murder and arson. His initial appearance is set for Friday morning at Municipal Court.
