WLBT has learned more about the Old Capitol Green developer approved for a loan increase, from the Hinds county Board of Supervisors last week.
Developer, Full Spectrum says they turned in detailed information on their finances to the county attorney last Friday as promised.
The group was granted a loan increase by the board, for a parking garage and retail building they hope to break ground on this fall.
Development Director Malcolm Shepherd says their statements covered details requested by board members.
Board President Robert Graham says the paperwork didn't provide financial details some members were looking for.
