MOST WANTED: ID theft persons of interest

RIDGELAND, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

An unidentified black female is wanted by Ridgeland detectives for identity theft.

According to the police report she went to a local store and then ran up a bill for over $379.

The suspected identity thief used the victim's bank card number by actually transferring the information to another card. The person that was ripped off does not live in Mississippi and doesn't have a clue who this person using her banking information is. There is a lot of ID theft going on.

Once again Ridgeland detectives want us to show you another person of interest. He is white male about 35-45. He has brown hair with a crew cut and mustache. If you run into him he has tattoos on top and bottom of his right forearm, he weighs in about 180 pounds.

Police say the man allegedly broke into a homeowner's car in Ridgeland, ripped off a wallet and took off. He is also suspected of using the stolen credit card at several other locations in Jackson. He was driving a red Mazda Miata with a black convertible top.
