Testimony is scheduled to continue Thursday morning at 9:00am in the Larita Cooper-Stokes election trial.
Stokes opponent Joyce Jackson is challenging election results from the City of Jackson's Ward 3 run-off election in February.
On Thursday, the court will hear from at-least one more witness from prosecutors.
Defense witnesses are also expected to take the stand.
Jackson hopes to send Ward 3 voters back to the polls.
She believes that Stokes campaign and poll workers violated election rules.
On Wednesday, Jackson's sisters testified and said Stokes supporters campaigned within 150 feet of the Lanier precinct.
Smith and Alexander also said they heard some of Stokes workers call Jackson a "white lady" when she is racially mixed.
If Joyce Jackson wins the trial, Ward 3 will have another election.
